What is the return/refund policy?We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please email us with your order number and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Can I cancel my order?You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for store credit (Please not the return shipping will not be covered by lavineyard farms LLC.

Do you ship?Yes we ship to USA and internationally. Our SHIPPING CARRIERS are: USPS, UPS, and other shipping carriers worldwide. Shipments cost will be doorman by shipping carriers.
